1. How do I place an order?

a. Browse our large selection of beads in the categories listed in the left menu.

b. Choose your desired beads. Click "Add to Cart".
You can view Cart Contents. Remove or add quantity then click "Update" button.
When finished shopping, click "Checkout".

c. You will be directed to Log In or Create a New Account. New customers will be asked to Create a New Account. You must do this in order to save your shopping cart for future reference. You can come back later, Log In and see your shopping cart and make your purchase at any time. Creating an account at MyDreamBeads.com, enables you to shop faster, view your current order status, as well as keep track of previous orders.

2. I do not feel safe giving my credit card over the internet. Can I place my order on hold and send you my credit card information by phone or fax?

Our customers use PayPal to send payment for our products. The PayPal.com website is very secure and uses the highest standards of encryption software for Internet security. Using PayPal you can make payments from your bank account, PayPal account or credit card. If you still do not wish to submit your credit card information online, please write us a note in the Comments About Your Order section. Please DO NOT SEND credit card information by email. This is not secure. Please call us and give us your credit card information by phone or fax.

Please do not cut and paste your cart, as our spam filter will prevent receipt of your email.

3. Is MyDreamBeads.com wholesale or retail?

We offer wholesale prices to the public. Our prices are the lowest anywhere offered to the public.

4. If I leave the site and come back, will my shopping cart be remembered?

Visitors Cart
Every visitor to our online shop will be given a ‘Visitors Cart’. This allows the visitor to store their products in a temporary shopping cart. Once the visitor leaves the online shop, the contents of their shopping cart will no longer be available.

Members Cart
Every member of our online shop that logs in is given a ‘Members Cart’. This allows the member to add products to their shopping cart, and come back at a later date to finalize their checkout. All products remain in their shopping cart until the member has checked them out, or removed the products themselves.
